Terms of Service
The following Terms of Service (“Terms”) guide the way business is conducted between our company, La Viv Travels Limited, a licensed travel agency registered and incorporated in Nigeria and Cameroon, and our Clients (hereinafter referred to as “the Client”).
1. Services Provided
La Viv Travels Limited offers the following services:
a. Visa Processing (Work, Visit, Tourist, Student) and Consultation.
b. Admission Placement and Overseas Studies.
c. Hotel and Accommodation Reservations.
d. Cars and Boats Rentals.
e. Cruise Tours and Tour Guide Services.
f. Immigration Services.
g. Business Consultancy.
h. Courier Services.
La Viv Travels Limited guarantees excellent service delivery in facilitating these services but does NOT guarantee 100% visa approval or immigration outcomes.
2. Role of La Viv Travels Limited
a. La Viv Travels Limited acts solely as a facilitator for the services listed above and does not issue visas or make immigration decisions.
b. Visa approval, denial, and processing timelines are entirely at the discretion of the consulate or embassy.
c. La Viv Travels Limited will make every reasonable effort to deliver services professionally and efficiently but cannot be held liable for outcomes beyond its control.
3. Non-Liability for Visa Denial
a. The Client acknowledges and agrees that La Viv Travels Limited is not liable for a refund in the event of visa denial.
b. Visa approval is solely the prerogative of the consulate or embassy, and La Viv Travels Limited has no influence over such decisions.
4. Work Permits and Employment
a. La Viv Travels Limited may assist in securing work permits and employment opportunities in specific countries.
b. The issuance of visas, work permits, and other immigration approvals remains under the sole jurisdiction of the consulate or embassy of the respective country.
5. Refund Policy
a. In the event of visa denial, La Viv Travels Limited will not be liable for any refund, provided that work permits or other services agreed upon have been rendered.
b. Refund requests for other services will be considered on a case-by-case basis and subject to administrative charges as determined by La Viv Travels Limited.
6. Client Responsibilities
a. The Client agrees to provide all required documentation accurately and on time to enable La Viv Travels Limited to perform its services.
b. The Client agrees to comply with the terms and conditions of the consulate or embassy and to provide truthful and complete information during the visa application process.
7. Disclaimer
a. La Viv Travels Limited is a licensed travel agency registered and incorporated in Nigeria and Cameroon.
b. La Viv Travels Limited does not issue visas or make any guarantees regarding the success of visa applications or immigration outcomes.
c. The Client assumes all risks associated with the visa application process.
8. Governing Law
This Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria and Cameroon.
9. Limitation of Liability
La Viv Travels Limited’s liability is limited to the cost of services provided, excluding third-party fees such as visa application fees, consular charges, or travel costs.
10. Agreement Termination
a. La Viv Travels Limited reserves the right to terminate this Agreement in the event of false information, fraudulent activity, or any breach of this Agreement by the Client.
b. The Client may terminate the Agreement by providing written notice; however, no refund will be provided for services already rendered.
11. Entire Agreement
This Terms constitutes the entire understanding between La Viv Travels Limited and the Client, superseding any prior agreements or representations, whether written or oral.
12. Acceptance
By conducting business with us at La Viv Travels Limited, we assume you have have read and agreed to the above Terms, as stated out on this entire web page.
